  • Give the chop after payment, not before.
  • Use the card’s earning rule. For RM10 cards, only whole RM10 amounts count on each purchase; leftover amounts do not carry over.
  • Member forgot their phone? Look them up by phone number in the dashboard.
  • Never take a photo of a member's screen to chop later.

Run a 2-week pilot

Start small with one offer and one QR. Track sign-ups, repeat visits and rewards used.

Staff say the line at every payment. Aim for 2 to 3 sign-ups a day.

Check the dashboard. Few scans? Move the stand closer to the cashier.
