Three steps at the counter
Scan the QR
Look for the Choplah stand at the counter. Scan it with your phone camera. First time? Sign up with your name, phone, email and date of birth. Membership is for ages 18 and above.
Collect chops and points
Complete a participating shop’s campaign to collect chops or points. Staff confirm eligible purchases. Keep track of your rewards in your member wallet.
Redeem your reward
Fill a card and your reward unlocks. Show the screen to staff and enjoy your free kopi, trim or treat.

Good to know
Is Choplah really free?
Yes. Members never pay. Shops pay Choplah to run their rewards.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Choplah opens in your phone's browser when you scan a shop's QR. Your membership stays in the same browser until you sign out or clear its data.
I forgot my phone. Can I still get my chop?
Ask staff to find your membership by name or email and record the qualifying paid purchase.
Do my chops expire?
Campaign dates and reward terms are set by each merchant. Check the details in your community before collecting or redeeming.
Can I use points from one shop at another?
Rewards belong to the community where you earned them. Check that community’s available rewards before redeeming.
How do I sign up?
Scan a participating shop or event’s Choplah QR code to open its signup form. Members must be 18 or older. Enter your name, phone, email and date of birth, and agree to join. Already a member? Log in with an email verification code.
